Our Collingwood Store is looking for a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team.

About the role

• You'll motivate and lead your team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Drive store sales, achieve targets, all whilst controlling costs profit and loss.
• Ensure all legal and compliance procedures are adhered to by all staff.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders; and
• Provide a safe environment for both staff and customers.

About you

• You must have previous management experience in addition to strong leadership capabilities, ideally in a retail environment.
• Comfortable coaching, mentoring, and developing a high performing team.
• Proven experience working with and meeting KPIs in a robust environment.
• Have experience using rostering/time management systems; and
• Unwavering commitment to quality customer service.
