Our Collingwood Store is looking for a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team.
About the role
- You'll motivate and lead your team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Drive store sales, achieve targets, all whilst controlling costs profit and loss.
- Ensure all legal and compliance procedures are adhered to by all staff.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders; and
- Provide a safe environment for both staff and customers.
About you
- You must have previous management experience in addition to strong leadership capabilities, ideally in a retail environment.
- Comfortable coaching, mentoring, and developing a high performing team.
- Proven experience working with and meeting KPIs in a robust environment.
- Have experience using rostering/time management systems; and
- Unwavering commitment to quality customer service.
